Mosaico is the main buffet restaurant at Meliá Llana Beach Resort & Spa on Sal Island. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, combining an international spread with show cooking. An outdoor terrace facing the sea gives diners a choice of settings beyond the indoor dining room. The restaurant forms part of the adults-only resort’s all-inclusive dining programme and generally does not require advance reservations. Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available within the buffet offering. Its broad selection and three daily meal services make it the principal dining venue alongside the resort’s more specialised Italian and Japanese restaurants.
