Mount Irvine Bay Resort
Trinidad and Tobago

Mount Irvine Bay Resort occupies a former sugar and coconut plantation overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Its accommodation ranges from rooms in the main building to suites and separate garden cottages, with private balconies or patios and views towards the sea, pool or grounds. An adjoining 18-hole golf course extends the resort’s outdoor setting, with a palm-fringed beach nearby. Garden cottages have their own sitting rooms and outdoor areas, offering more separation than the main hotel rooms. Sugar Mill Restaurant adds a historic dining setting, serving Tobagonian and Caribbean food beside a terrace overlooking Buccoo Reef.
