Mumbo Island Camp offers several ways to arrange meals within its small Lake Malawi setting. A fully catered stay includes three meals daily and a morning tea or coffee tray, with some dietary requirements accommodated by advance arrangement. Guests can also bring ingredients and cook in the camp kitchen, or book a chef to prepare their own supplies. The communal dining room sits alongside a bar stocking beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks, with a separate lounge beside a baobab tree. Food and catering arrangements are made before travelling from Cape Maclear to the island.
