Mystic Sands is a small waterfront property at Utungake in Tonga’s Vava’u island group. Eight rooms keep the scale intimate, with beachfront and ocean-view accommodation alongside a waterfront house. Bedrooms have air conditioning, while kitchenettes allow guests to prepare their own food. An infinity pool overlooks the water, and snorkelling is available directly from the property. Single and double kayaks provide another way to explore the coast. Breakfast is included, and the team can prepare other meals, giving guests a choice between in-house dining, self-catering and restaurants in nearby town.
