Seiji Nakado works closely with producers to bring less familiar local ingredients into his French cooking. The chef is also a sommelier, and the drinks can move between wine and sake as the menu progresses. With only fourteen seats, the restaurant rewards advance planning. Its location in central Horikawacho makes it easy to build an evening around dinner, but leave enough time to settle into the course rather than rushing to another reservation.
