Nebo Restaurant & Lounge occupies the top floor of Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort and Spa, between Rijeka and Opatija. The dining room looks over the Adriatic, while the kitchen uses seasonal tasting menus to explore Croatian flavours. An extensive wine selection accompanies the menu, including more than thirty Champagnes and other sparkling wines. The adjoining lounge provides a separate setting for evening cocktails, allowing the visit to extend beyond the formal sequence of courses. The restaurant's name, meaning sky, is reflected in its elevated position above the coast.
