Neiburgs occupies a family-owned Art Nouveau building on Jauniela in Riga's Old Town, beside the Dome Cathedral. Its 55 rooms and suites are arranged as apartments, with kitchenettes, generous living space and views over medieval streets or the cathedral area. Original decorative details sit alongside contemporary furniture, and larger suites include separate living areas or two-storey layouts. The restaurant combines European cooking with Latvian ingredients and seasonal local produce. Photographs of the Latvian countryside connect the dining room to the family's rural history, and a terrace opens in summer. A fitness room, spa, conference spaces and a small library-style lobby add facilities beyond the apartments.
