Niccolo Kitchen brings a Tuscan perspective to dining at Niccolo Chengdu. An open kitchen gives the restaurant a visible cooking centre, while tableside service adds another point of contact between the kitchen and diners. The menu draws on rustic Italian traditions and seasonal produce. Dishes include wild-boar pappardelle, Arista di Maiale, Florentine-style risotto and Livorno fish stew, alongside thin-crust pizzas and a Romanesco cauliflower steak. This variety allows a meal to move between familiar Italian formats and more specifically regional preparations. Lunch and dinner feature the Tuscan offering, with breakfast also served at the venue. Within the city-centre IFS hotel, it provides a distinctly Italian alternative to the property's Cantonese and Sichuan restaurant.
