North Island Villas

North Island's eleven private villas sit within a Seychelles landscape of granite, tropical vegetation and pale beaches. Their broad, open interiors use natural materials to connect the accommodation with its surroundings. The result is a particularly secluded form of island living, with space to settle into a villa rather than treat it simply as a bedroom between excursions. Beachfront Villas are arranged along the island's eastern shore, while Villa North occupies a more secluded position at the end of the beach. Generous living areas and outdoor spaces provide room for long meals, reading and quiet afternoons. The emphasis is on the relationship between house and landscape, with timber, stone and organic textures giving the accommodation a relaxed character. Beyond the villas, guests can follow island trails, spend time on or beneath the water, or visit La Vie spa. North Island's conservation work includes forest restoration and monitoring nesting sea turtles, adding a useful ecological dimension to a stay. Dining can be organised in different settings around the island. With so few villas, the scale remains intimate, and days can unfold around privacy, nature and the interests of each party.
