NOVA European Brasserie is the main dining room of The Eravati Sule Grand Yangon, in the restored former Customs House. Its cooking brings European dishes together with Myanmar flavours, using imported meats, seafood and organically grown vegetables. The interior combines marble tabletops and silver cutlery with contemporary furnishings, maintaining a formal character within the historic hotel. With seating for around 135 guests, the brasserie serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, giving NOVA a broader daily role than an evening-only restaurant.
