Nusr-Et Dubai brings Turkish steakhouse theatre to the Restaurant Village at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach. Created by butcher and meat specialist Nusret Gökçe, the restaurant places meat at the centre of both the menu and the experience. An open kitchen and meat display make the kitchen’s subject visible in the dining room. The concept is built around choosing steakhouse food and watching its preparation and presentation, giving dinner a performative element. The Jumeirah address places it within a cluster of independent dining venues at the resort.
