OCD is chef Raz Rahav's restaurant on Tirza Street in Jaffa's Noga neighbourhood. Its tasting menu draws on seasonal ingredients, local history and the mix of cultures within Israeli cooking, with personal memories also shaping the kitchen's ideas. The restaurant serves a single progression rather than an à la carte menu. Courses arrive simultaneously for all diners, making the meal a shared sequence across the room. Dietary versions can be requested, including vegetarian, vegan and menus excluding particular ingredients. A separate wine and alcohol list accompanies the food. The small scale also permits private events for up to 23 guests.
