Ombak is NIHI Sumba's open-air restaurant and lounge bar, with a timber deck projecting over the ocean and sand underfoot. Its name means wave front, a fitting reference for a dining space closely connected with the shoreline. Produce from the resort's own garden and freshly caught fish give the kitchen a direct connection to Sumba's land and sea. Regular entertainment and themed dinners add a social strand.
