Ora by Ettore Botrini brings the chef’s Greek-Italian heritage to One&Only Aesthesis on the Glyfada seafront. Family recipes and locally sourced Mediterranean ingredients guide a contemporary interpretation of Greek coastal cooking, with Italian influences running through the menu. The ground-floor dining room has warm timber and olive-green accents, with an open kitchen behind it. Folding glass doors connect the interior to an outdoor space overlooking the main pool and Aegean Sea. Lunch and dinner are complemented by occasional collaborations with visiting chefs, giving the restaurant a changing culinary programme within its resort setting.
