Seasonal dishes use ingredients selected from local farmers, with bourbon appearing in both the menu and the drinks selection. A fitness centre and guest fitness classes add exercise options, while pet-friendly rooms accommodate visitors travelling with animals. The Taylor Made Ballroom and smaller Tasting Room provide different settings for events and private gatherings.
