Oro occupies the ninth floor of O2 Beach Club & Spa in Dover, Barbados, with broad views along the South Coast. Its air-conditioned dining room provides a formal setting for an à la carte menu combining modern European and Caribbean influences. A dedicated Rum Bar within the restaurant carries aged rums from Barbados and other Caribbean and Central American producers, with a rum sommelier available to guide the selection.
