OroNero Bar & Ristorante brings Italian cooking to Baku, with handmade pasta, meat, seafood and desserts shaped by seasonal ingredients. Traditional recipes underpin a menu that adds contemporary presentation and technique. The interior is unusually detailed: black marble with amber veins, leather seating and dark timber create an aviation-inspired lounge, while golden mosaic screens partly conceal the show kitchen. A prosecco bar, grappa library and salumi kitchen give Italian food and drinks several distinct spaces. A walk-in wine cellar complements the bar and restaurant, and conceptual artwork includes a Golden Beluga sculpture by designer Henry Chebaane. These elements make the setting a substantial part of a meal alongside the kitchen's Italian focus.
