Pagua Bay Restaurant, also called Pagua Bay Bar & Grill, is the open-air dining venue at Pagua Bay House on Dominica's Atlantic coast. Set above the bay, it has a broad ocean outlook and serves American-Caribbean cooking built around produce from the property's greenhouse and fresh supplies from Marigot market. Breakfast, lunch and dinner dishes can be ordered throughout its service, giving the menu an informal, flexible format. The restaurant welcomes hotel guests and outside visitors, with cocktails served at the bar. Day visitors can also purchase a pool pass, linking a meal or drink with time beside the pool above the bay.
