Palais Rhoul Dakhla
Western Sahara

Palais Rhoul Dakhla occupies an early-20th-century residence above the lagoon, once used as a lobster warehouse. Restored over eight years, the house contains just 12 rooms and suites. An outdoor pool and private lagoon beach keep the water close, while the spa offers hammam rituals and massage treatments. The small scale gives accommodation and shared spaces the structure of a guest house. At the Paillote, seasonal cooking includes fish and lobster from the property's boat, greenhouse vegetables and wood-fired grills. The restaurant's lagoon-facing terrace connects meals to the same coastal setting as the stay.
