Palm Terrace is Fairmont Royal Pavilion's ocean-facing restaurant in St James, Barbados. Set within the original 1940s Miramar Hotel structure, its open-air room has grand arches and high ceilings, with the sea visible beyond the tables. The current cooking includes live-fired meats and locally caught fish, with Mediterranean influences within the broader coastal setting. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered, and the restaurant also accommodates private events. The architectural character distinguishes it from the resort's more informal beach venues, while the open sides and proximity to the shore keep the ocean closely connected to the meal.
