Palmilla Restaurant brings Victoria House's dining to the waterfront of Ambergris Caye. Guests can eat indoors in air-conditioned surroundings or on the veranda, with breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared to order. The kitchen makes its own bread and introduces dinner with an amuse-bouche. Seafood gives the menu a strong coastal character. Conch ceviche, cashew-crusted grouper and grilled lobster sit alongside beef tenderloin, while daily specials follow locally available ingredients. Guests returning with their own catch can arrange for the kitchen to cook it. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals can also be planned in advance.
