Paradise Kitchen is the signature restaurant at Return to Paradise Resort in Lefaga, with Samoan and international cooking built around fresh local ingredients. Seasonal catches feature among the changing specials, giving the menu a connection to the surrounding coast. The resort’s traditional Sunday lunch explores a more specifically Samoan repertoire. Dishes include oka, fish in coconut cream, umu-roasted pork, taro and breadfruit, served in the fale restaurant. The programme brings local food traditions into a setting used for family gatherings as well as resort dinners. Elsewhere within the property, Cabana Café offers casual food and wood-fired pizzas, and the Rock Pool Bar provides drinks beside the beach. Paradise Kitchen remains the central restaurant for a fuller meal.
