Pêche Seafood Grill is the Link Restaurant Group's seafood restaurant on Magazine Street in New Orleans' Warehouse District. The kitchen uses live-fire techniques informed by the Gulf Coast, Spain and South America, with a wood-burning grill at the centre of the cooking. Gulf fish and shellfish shape the menu, including whole fish prepared over coals. A marble-topped raw bar provides oysters and other uncooked seafood, while small plates and larger dishes offer different ways to order. The menu changes with the catch and available ingredients, carrying the restaurant's seafood focus through grilled, raw and cooked preparations. A lively front bar adds another part of the dining room.
