Pelister
North Macedonia
Pelister overlooks Macedonia Square in central Skopje, occupying the restaurant level beneath Hotel Pelister. Its position makes the square part of the dining experience, with a broad terrace facing one of the city's principal gathering places. The kitchen combines Macedonian cooking with Mediterranean influences. Local and international dishes sit within the same menu, giving diners a choice between regional flavours and more familiar bistro-style options. The spacious dining room and terrace create different settings for a meal. For visitors exploring central Skopje, the location makes Pelister a convenient place to pause while keeping the activity of the square in view.
