Perception has been part of N’Djamena’s restaurant and bar scene since 2013, on Airport Road behind the Russian Embassy. Its menu moves between international dishes, including Lebanese and Mexican influences, pizzas, grilled meat, salads and vegetarian choices. Chicken fingers with mustard and honey sauce illustrate the casual side of the food. DJs, live performers and screenings of sports matches give the bar a social role beyond dining, with evenings structured around music and shared events as well as meals.
