Petra Restaurant looks across Santorini's caldera towards the volcano from Oia. Chef Tasos Stefatos leads a contemporary Greek kitchen, using seasonal ingredients in degustation menus that draw on the island's sense of place. The longer O Topos Mas menu is joined by a three-course First Experience and a dedicated vegetarian tasting menu. For a private occasion, the Panorama Balcony sets a single table for two above the caldera. Candlelight and a Greek-inspired tasting menu accompany the view, offering a different setting from the main restaurant.
