PK25 Fusion serves breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the Dakhla lagoon. The breakfast buffet includes freshly prepared omelettes, Moroccan pancakes, breads and fruit, while lunch moves towards international dishes. Dinner takes a more Moroccan direction, with homemade traditional tagines forming the main focus. A broad terrace allows diners to remain connected to the lagoon throughout the meal. The wider property adds a beach bar for Moroccan tea, coffee and cocktails. Blue Sky Bar on the rooftop offers a separate à la carte fusion menu, giving guests an alternative setting beyond the main restaurant.
