Platter by Karol Okrasa at InterContinental Warsaw has been replaced by Anawa, which opened in November 2025. The restaurant continues at the hotel's Emilii Plater address with a new name and culinary direction. Anawa looks to familiar flavours and seasonal ingredients, revisiting traditional techniques through a contemporary Warsaw perspective. Its concept connects memories of food with current cooking rather than reproducing historical recipes unchanged. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, with menus that accommodate vegetarian and vegan preferences. Private dining and events form part of its offering. For guests returning to the former Platter address, the change brings a new restaurant to the same central hotel setting.
