Rôtisserie Plëss occupies Hôtel Le Place d'Armes in the centre of Luxembourg City, with a terrace opening directly onto the square. Tristan Auer designed the dining room around a visible kitchen and rotisserie, bringing the preparation of the food into the room's focal point. Grilled meat is a defining part of the menu, alongside fish crudos and vegetarian choices. The approach draws on French brasserie cooking and the rotisserie tradition, with the terrace adding an outdoor setting among the surrounding cafés and historic buildings. A table here keeps lunch or dinner closely connected to the life of Place d'Armes.
