Posta brings food, cocktails and courtyard life to Radisson RED Tbilisi, housed in a former post office on Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue. The historic building gives the restaurant collection its name, while contemporary interiors and a leafy courtyard create a sociable meeting place within the city. The dining concept now encompasses Steakhouse, RED Yard and RED Bar. Steakhouse concentrates on cuts from the grill; RED Yard combines Georgian dishes with international favourites in the open air; and RED Bar covers coffee, lighter food and cocktails. Georgian cooking remains part of Posta's personality. Its repertoire includes a kaliya sandwich that revisits a traditional dish, and puff-pastry khachapuri served with fig jam. Mediterranean influences, burgers and vegetarian choices widen the scope for groups with different appetites. The courtyard, with greenery and a veranda in the Tbilisi tradition, is particularly appealing for an unhurried meal.
