The Beach Grill at Princesse Bora Lodge & Spa on Sainte-Marie combines Malagasy and Creole influences with ingredients from the lodge’s organic garden and small island producers. Fish anchors the menu, prepared grilled, as tartare or carpaccio, or in curry. An open grill makes cooking part of the meal, and the wider selection includes lobster, zebu steak and wood-fired pizza. Homemade ice creams and fruit desserts complete the offer. Dinner uses a different menu each evening, while Beach Blue provides another waterside setting for drinks and food beside the lagoon.
