Project is Anna and Cameron Irving’s restaurant on Södra Vägen in Gothenburg. Established in 2016 after the couple worked in London and elsewhere in Europe, it combines a neighbourhood-bar atmosphere with a more ambitious seasonal kitchen. Diners can choose a signature tasting menu or a shorter version, supported by the restaurant’s wine selection. Dishes may also be ordered individually at the bar, giving a visit different levels of commitment. The seven-seat Chef’s Table brings diners close to the preparation of each course. A small private dining space in the wine cellar accommodates up to six guests. These formats make Project adaptable while retaining its personal scale, from a glass of wine and a dish to a longer meal centred on the kitchen.
