Pushcart Jerk Center & Rum Bar brings Jamaican street food to the cliffs at Rockhouse in Negril. The outdoor space combines ocean views, colourful dancehall-inspired artwork and music, with a rum selection drawn from across the Caribbean. Chicken, pork and fish come from the jerk pan grill, accompanied by traditional side dishes. Peppered shrimp takes its cue from the roadside vendors of Middle Quarters, while steamed fish with bammy reflects Port Royal. Curried goat, oxtail and fried chicken extend the menu into Jamaican home cooking. DJs add to the atmosphere, giving the restaurant a lively identity within Rockhouse's dining collection.
