Quadrum

Quadrum brings contemporary Italian cooking to Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, with views towards the Kremlin and Manezhnaya Square. The restaurant's central setting makes the surrounding city an active part of the dining room's character. The menu is developed through the collaboration of Gennaro Conte and Konstantin Netsvetaev. Italian foundations are combined with a contemporary approach and local delicacies, allowing the kitchen to move between familiar flavours and more individual combinations. Wine is a substantial part of the experience. The collection includes Italian regions alongside other European and Russian producers, while a private wine room provides a separate setting for small gatherings, tastings or a more secluded dinner. Quadrum can suit a leisurely meal or a lunch fitted around sightseeing and business appointments. The strongest combination is straightforward: a clearly defined Italian kitchen, an extensive wine selection and a view over some of Moscow's principal landmarks, all within one restaurant.
