re Asian Cuisine occupies the fiftieth floor of Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay, with views across the bay and Manama skyline. Wolfgang Puck's approach brings Californian influences to contemporary Asian cooking, drawing on traditions from China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and elsewhere in the region. Art Deco-inspired interiors give the dining room a distinct visual identity, while the elevated outlook remains part of the meal. Executive chef Brian Becher leads the restaurant's kitchen, interpreting both classic and contemporary Asian techniques within Puck's broader culinary style.
