Reethi is the main dining complex at One&Only Reethi Rah, opening towards the Indian Ocean from the heart of the island. Breakfast combines tropical fruit, pastries and freshly prepared dishes with an à la carte selection, buffet and barista coffee. Dinner follows three directions: Mediterranean flavours at Earth, French Riviera cooking at Aqua and pan-Asian dishes at Fire. A glass-walled cold kitchen forms a central feature, allowing diners to watch part of the preparation. Earth has decking over the ocean, while Aqua uses carved columns, a water feature and blue glass tiles to create a more intimate room. Epicure adds wine tastings and pairing dinners between walk-in cellars.
