Mosconi brings Italian cooking to the banks of the Alzette in Luxembourg City. Chef Ilario Mosconi draws on the traditions of his native country, giving familiar Italian ideas a contemporary treatment. Simonetta Mosconi oversees the welcome and dining room, making the restaurant a personal partnership as well as a place to eat. The cooking centres on the ingredients, with restrained compositions that combine a small number of products. In summer, a shaded green terrace allows meals beside the river. Inside, carefully dressed tables and a quiet atmosphere keep attention on the food and service.
