Ristorante Fasano occupies Hotel Fasano São Paulo in the Jardins neighbourhood, carrying forward the family's Italian dining tradition. Founded in 1982, the restaurant combines restaurateur Gero Fasano's direction with chef Luca Gozzani's kitchen in a room designed by Isay Weinfeld and Marcio Kogan. The cellar gives particular attention to Italy and France, including Barolo, Brunello and wines from French châteaux selected under sommelier Manoel Beato. The main restaurant seats 80, with a separate private room for up to 26 people. Its Sunday lunch menu adds another way to experience the kitchen beyond the restaurant's evening service.
