La Fratta occupies a panoramic position beside San Marino’s old city wall, with two terraces looking across the Montefeltro valley. The Raggi family has managed the restaurant since 1967, giving it a long connection to the historic centre. The kitchen follows regional ingredients and the seasons. Homemade pasta, local cured meats and cheeses, mushrooms, truffles and game sit alongside grilled and spit-roasted meats and fish menus. A wood-fired oven provides pizza as a more informal alternative. The cellar includes regional and Italian wines as well as selected international bottles, overseen by Stefano Raggi. With indoor dining rooms and outdoor terraces, La Fratta offers several ways to combine a meal with the hilltop setting.
