Robuchon au Dôme
China

Robuchon au Dôme occupies the dome at the top of Macau's Grand Lisboa, 238 metres above the street. The dining room combines broad city views with a cascading crystal chandelier, Baccarat lamps and wine cabinets decorated with sculptures of celebrated châteaux. Executive chef Julien Tongourian continues the restaurant's connection with Joël Robuchon through contemporary French cooking. Lunch and dinner set menus present the kitchen's work, supported by an extensive cellar spanning thousands of wine labels. The setting makes architecture and wine substantial parts of the meal, with the glass dome giving diners a distinctive perspective on Macau.
