Rosetta is Elena Reygadas' flagship restaurant in Mexico City's Roma neighbourhood, occupying a large mansion on Calle Colima. Its à la carte menu changes with the seasons and available produce, with vegetables playing a substantial role in the kitchen's work. Dishes are designed for sharing. Savoy-cabbage tacos with pistachio pipián and romeritos illustrate the restaurant's inventive use of plants, while sweet-potato tamal combines salsa macha and buttermilk. The menu moves between Reygadas' own creations and more traditional dishes. Upstairs, Salón Rosetta provides a small bar within the same building.
