Round Hill's private villas occupy a leafy hillside above the sea on Jamaica's north coast. Their individual architecture and gardens give the estate the atmosphere of a collection of homes, with the hotel's beach, dining and leisure facilities close at hand. Open living areas frame views of tropical foliage and the bay, while bedrooms provide a cooler retreat from the afternoon heat. Accommodation ranges from two to six bedrooms, making the villas particularly suited to families and friends travelling together. Classic Villas preserve the property's established Caribbean style; Signature Villas provide larger layouts and private pools. Most Classic Villas also have pools, although some are positioned near the main resort pool instead. Outdoor showers, terraces and generous bathrooms extend the sense of space beyond the bedrooms. Dedicated staff prepare breakfast in the villa each morning and help organise dining, spa visits and activities. The Estate Villa adds two pools and several open-air gathering spaces for a larger party. As layouts and outlooks differ between houses, the appeal lies in choosing the right balance of shared living, privacy and access to the wider resort.
