Søllerød Kro

Søllerød Kro began as an inn in 1677, when the local priest received permission to serve townspeople and travellers. Its whitewashed, listed building stands beside the village pond, between the church, forest and castle, preserving the scale and detail of its historic setting. The restaurant follows a classic culinary approach with contemporary refinement, offering a prestige menu and à la carte choices. Wine remains central to the experience, with a cellar developed over many years. The Jordan family has owned the inn since 1993, continuing a history that reaches well beyond its present role as a destination restaurant.
