Salt opened in Tirana in 2016 and occupies a duplex space on Rruga Pjetër Bogdani in the Blloku district. Its Mediterranean menu gives particular attention to seafood and sushi, with dishes presented for sharing. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor areas, an open kitchen, a sushi bar and a skylight that shapes the dining room. Its published menus cover lunch, dinner, brunch and a business lunch, alongside Japanese small plates and makizushi. Separate cocktail and wine menus support the evening service, while the adjoining club adds a nightlife element to the venue.
