San Lucas places dinner among Monteverde's treetops, using elevated tables and glass-walled spaces to frame the forest and sunset. Its cooking follows Costa Rica's provinces, landscapes and culinary traditions through a succession of tasting courses. The nine-course Tribute to Costa Rica menu unfolds around sunset, while the six-course Regions menu provides a shorter lunch or dinner. A private Glass Lounge offers an eleven-course tasting menu, beverage pairings and a separate seating area, with the space reserved for one group for the evening. These formats let the changing light and the forest setting become part of the pace of the meal.
