Sanasana overlooks the gardens, beach and Natadola Bay at InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa. Its position beside the sugar-cane railway track connects the dining room with the landscape around the resort, rather than placing it in an enclosed hotel interior. The restaurant serves a buffet breakfast, à la carte lunch and themed buffet dinners. Local Fijian suppliers contribute ingredients, while the changing dinner themes give guests different cuisines to explore during a longer stay. A glass-walled show kitchen makes preparation visible, adding movement to the room alongside the outlook across Meke Lawn and the ocean.
