Dining at Sanbis Resort offers two different ways to experience its island setting near Gizo. The over-water SB Bar welcomes visitors and serves wood-fired pizza, making it an informal destination for guests arriving by boat as well as those staying at the resort. A separate restaurant and bar on the beach side of the jetty is reserved for residents. The kitchen’s offer includes seafood, island-style barbecues and Western dishes, providing variety through a longer stay. The distinction is useful when planning a visit: the public bar suits a casual excursion for food and drinks, while the resident dining room contributes to the quieter experience of staying on the island.
