Dining at andBeyond Sandibe follows the rhythm of safari days in Botswana's Okavango Delta. Meals and snacks are spread between wildlife outings, with local ingredients used where possible and a dining area overlooking the delta. An interactive kitchen gives guests a view of the preparation. Breakfast combines fresh fruit, baked bread and pastries with cooked dishes made to order. Lunch can include personalised pizzas from the oven, burgers and dishes such as pumpkin ravioli or Cape Malay chicken skewers. Bush brunch stops add another setting, with toasted jaffles prepared in cast-iron irons over an open fire, connecting the food with time spent outdoors.
