Santa Maria is the poolside restaurant and evening steakhouse at Hotel Riu Cabo Verde on Sal. It forms part of the adults-only resort's all-inclusive dining collection, with a different focus from the Promenade buffet, Italian Sofia and gourmet Kulinarium. During the day, the restaurant serves pizzas, pasta, grills, salads and sandwiches beside the pool. Dinner shifts towards the steakhouse menu, giving the same venue a more focused evening role. Its setting allows guests to eat within the pool area of the beachfront property, with a choice between casual daytime dishes and grilled meat at night.
