Sarakawa Restaurant

Sarakawa’s dining venues explore Togolese, African and international flavours within the hotel’s seafront grounds in Lomé. Dawa-Dawa provides the more formal gastronomic setting, while Sika-Sika sits by the swimming pool. The restaurants’ names connect them to local ingredients and language. Dawa-Dawa refers to the condiment made from néré fruit, sometimes called African mustard; Sika-Sika is the Mina name for sea bream. Their menus emphasise local and seasonal produce alongside broader culinary influences. Le Mono adds a simpler poolside option, serving pizzas, paninis and sandwiches beneath paillotes or near the loungers. Le Sio bar offers cocktails and a specialist tea selection, with music contributing to the evening atmosphere. Together, these venues make dining at Sarakawa a choice between a full restaurant meal and more casual food around the pool.
